Tristan Klesick – Lifestyle Changes and the Will Power Gap
How many times have you started to make changes to only have them sabotaged a few minutes, days or weeks later? Part of the solution to making successful changes is information and the other is understanding Will Power or the lack thereof. In this class, we will unpack successful strategies to win with food and life.
Tristan Klesick is a local business owner and farmer from Stanwood, WA. He works with his best friend, and wife of 24 years, to raise local children on a local farm in our local community. What was a dream in 1994 and a 32 sq ft. garden has become a diversified 40 acre organic farm with greenhouses, grass fed beef, tree fruit, berries and vegetables with delivery to over 1200 homes weekly. Klesick Farms serves the families of Snohomish County, Skagit County and Camano Island through their home delivery service by sourcing, growing and delivering fresh fruits and vegetables.
Tristan has served on the Snohomish County Agricultural Advisory Board. He was appointed by Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon as co-chair of the Snohomish Agricultural Economic Development Action Team, which set forth priorities and goals to increase profitability of our local farm community.
