Warrior Rising
Start your adventure with a fun strength-based fitness class featuring anaerobic exercises (short bursts of high-intensity movement) with light, medium and heavy weights. You choose what works best for you and your body.
You are ALWAYS encouraged to go at your own pace and practice good form. Expect a bit of a dance party in the beginning to warm up. When we say it’s a lot of fun, it truly is! People come to this class who are 6 years of age all the way up to 60+. Modifications are provided, no experience needed. Note: Music may contain explicit language

We’ll start by getting you into your body and heart center as Michelle leads you through a unique experience using horse intuition as one of the guides. As this welcoming comes to close, you will step away better tapped into the present moment and your unique creativity, all senses now open, fully focused on the present moment and experience.

Next, Angela will lead you on a guided painting experience as you use unique colors, resist and salt to create textures and color ways that come through for you, creating a vision of Mt Stuart. You’ll be painting on a silk fan.
As your art piece drys, Michelle will lead you on a nature walk around the property, through beautiful aspen trees, past peaceful ponds and even close to an old pioneer building. Gather bits of durable nature to add to your art pieces on return.
We’ll join together again in the painting area where we will add our bits of nature and finalize our creations. Ending with a circle of simple sharing on our experience.

Conscious Gravity Experience
We are an aerial art space that specializes in compression, traction and over health and mobility of your body, mind and spirit. We use an aerial hammock to achieve this, it’s hung low to the floor and helps us mobilize muscle groups with a side benefit of releasing tense fascia. We will also include a floating sound bowl mediation under beautiful ceiling Laser Lites. We will end our session with a cool towel service, as well as an adult beverage. In this class, we invite you to treat yourself to a slow and soothing massage using a cork ball as a massage tool. Nic will guide you through movements to open the tissues of the back, shoulders, neck, and feet. Cork balls are an environmentally friendly alternative to foam, plastic and rubber massage products. Cork is harvested from tree bark without harming the plant and easily recyclable.

This class combines the flow of Vinyasa with the discipline of Hatha. When you can’t find the ability to sit still, release your excess energy, or relax your mind, this engaging class is for you!
