Warrior Rising
Start your adventure with a fun strength-based fitness class featuring anaerobic exercises (short bursts of high-intensity movement) with light, medium and heavy weights. You choose what works best for you and your body.
You are ALWAYS encouraged to go at your own pace and practice good form. Expect a bit of a dance party in the beginning to warm up. When we say it’s a lot of fun, it truly is! People come to this class who are 6 years of age all the way up to 60+. Modifications are provided, no experience needed. Note: Music may contain explicit language
**Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel; if you don’t have one, we have extras at the studio.

The “Roslyn Red House” is our official Welcome Center and gathering spot during Mountain Wellness Adventure.
Inside you’ll find Simple Wellness Co. with a wonderful selection of carefully curated eco goods, a refillery, locally made skin and body care and unique gifts.
This is your place to pick up brochures and maps, meet up with friends, or just take a break for a cup of coffee, tea and some mindful snacks. Special pop-up activities and vendors throughout the weekend!

Forest Bath with Dawn Ambrose
A Forest Bath is a guided, easy paced, mindful walk, that invites participants to explore nature through their senses. This practice offers an opportunity for moments of reprieve, introspection or to simply experience the benefits of engaging with the outdoor world.
In Japanese, it is Shinrin (forest) yoku (bath) which translates to bathing in the forest atmosphere.
Benefits include:
- Reduced stress
- Boosted immune system
- Increased energy
- Reduced heart rate and blood pressure
- Improved sleep, mood and concentration
Suitable for ages 12+ and those who can walk approximately 1/2 mile on uneven ground
Close toed shoes and preparation for the days weather are advised.
Pets are wonderful companions on walks however we ask that you leave them at home during this time. Thank you!

Elevate studios invites you to a special Low Flow hammock experience. We will ease into this workshop with basic Aerial poses, deep stretches, and with the support of a soft aerial hammock to help you improve flexibility, build core strength, and release tension.
Using the hammock allows for deeper stretches, better alignment, and a sense of weightlessness that enhances relaxation.

Join us in this Vinyasa yoga class designed to help students build strength, increase flexibility and cultivate a strong mind and body connection through breath. This Yoga practice focus is on body alignment using props, belts and blankets. When our body is aligned our breathing returns to its natural rhythm. We can also reclaim our height, lost from years poor posture. Your chiropractor will be happy.

Claire is a 13 year Iyengar instructor. Her yoga training includes pre-natal yoga and yoga therapeutics.
