Juliana Thomsen, The Silver Lining Seekers

Jules is an avid traveler, cheese lover, and a self proclaimed Silver Lining Seeker who grew up here in Cle Elum. She pursued a music degree at WSU in 2013 to fulfill her dreams about being a famous musician, and worked at her local yoga studio while she pivoted life plans and figured out what’s next? After completing her 200hr Training in Moscow Idaho, she spent the next 6 years traveling around the states, and another 3 years traveling the world, teaching yoga and making mistakes she now calls experience.

Jules goal in life, (after trying every cheese and traveling to every country) is to help remind people of their innate goodness and all the possibilities of joy in their life. In a world that tries to convince you that your not enough and you need to buy X product to make you happier, healthier, skinner, she wants to help remind you that you are enough, have enough, and will receive enough. We all have the option of choosing happiness, and Jules is grateful she has tools that allow her to remind other people how to see that joy, love, and happiness and harness it for themselves.

Jules has found she is the best happiest version of herself when she is helps others, which is why is trained in Yoga, Breath Work, Reiki, Tarrot Reading, Sober Coaching, Sound Healing, Cupping, and Chi Ne Tseng (Visceral Massage).

She teaches classes at Wild Rose in Cle Elum, which is her spiritual sanctuary filled with a community of light bringers she is honored to work beside.
