Our Mission
Through live in-person events, podcast, newsletter and upcoming print magazine, we are creating a community for connections and conversations about living your best life. We collaborate with holistic wellness practitioners & healers, health & fitness experts, personal transformation leaders, foodies and nutrition experts, artists, adventurers and change-makers from all walks of life aiming to uplift and raise consciousness for the good of our community and the world.

History of the Show
The first NW Mind Body Spirit Connection expo was held on Camano Island, WA in 2014. A small team of wellness enthusiasts created the expo as a fun way for the community to learn about and meet local experts in a wide range of holistic approaches to health and well-being.
Magic happened! Like-minded individuals benefited in connecting and learning together. Local healers and wellness providers not only gained more business but experienced the magnifying effect of helping people when they shared their gifts together. The NW Mind Body Spirit Connection was born!
In 4 years, the NW Mind Body Spirit Connection expanded to include annual events in Lynnwood and Bellevue as well as Camano Island.
Now, after a brief pause for the pandemic, we find that the interest in wellness, consciousness, mental health and personal development has grown exponentially and people are seeking even deeper connections. It is time for the NW Mind Body Spirit Connection to return and we are excited to re-launch the next level of NW Mind Body Spirit Connection events and publications in collaboration with local wellness communities across the Pacific Northwest.
