Life to me is about the constant, constant in change, in acceptance of it all and in the practice of being more patient with myself, I’m pouring more self-acceptance and more self-love. Dance and movement without judgement is THE work for me always. Progress not perfection is my motivation.
Teaching people about what their bodies are capable of is my favorite way to stay connected to mine.
