We’re excited to announce the 2nd Annual Wellensburg Healing Arts Festival in Ellensburg, WA, happening November 7-9, 2025.
Wellensburg is a three-day event dedicated to exploring many paths to wellness, personal growth, and connection in the heart of Central Washington. It’s designed to promote the local wellness businesses and to showcase Ellensburg as a destination for wellness-minded travelers.
Local wellness practitioners/businesses can participate in a number of ways.
- Host an activity or workshop at your business or community site (Friday or Sunday). You provide the information and link for registration, we add you to the schedule and put your location on the map.
- Present at the Saturday Speaker Sessions (30-minute) at various locations and on the Main Stage at the Wellness Fair
- Be part of the Intuitive Panel at the Wellness Fair
- Vendor table at the Wellness Fair (Saturday) Note: We may have Vendor opportunities Fri/Sun as well.
- Sponsorship opportunities – This is your chance to connect your business with our wellness-minded attendees in a meaningful way. We love creating custom Sponsor Opportunities tailored to your business!

How do we select our speakers/vendors/workshop hosts?
With each NW Mind Body Spirit Connection event, we strive to create an experience that allows for quality connections, learning, growth and fun. We seek to offer a broad range of wellness topics and experiences, including mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, energy work, spirituality and consciousness, mental health, personal transformation, yoga, art and more. In addition, we want attendees to experience the essence of the “place” – (i.e. what makes it special place for a wellness adventure) and discover what the destination’s wellness community has to offer.
We prioritize featuring local wellness vendors/speakers/workshop hosts in each city, however, there is also room for out-of-town practitioners/experts to round out the experience for our attendees.
