Katie Jo Buchanan with the Youth Empowerment Program is on a mission to empower youth through art and mentorship programs, with a major focus on healthy coping skills and support.

Through community outreach, Youth Empowerment Program connects with local organizations and businesses to offer programs for youth and the community as a whole.

Currently, the Youth Empowerment Program is offering a special art program at the Soap Lake Community and Senior Center where the focus is on creativity and bringing together youth and seniors.
